HANO to Implement Changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Department
Beginning on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, HANO will implement a major overhaul of staffing in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Department.
This change will result in better customer service delivery and program performance. Redistribution of caseload assignments and transition
activities will begin on February 1, 2017 through February 7, 2017. During this time, staff will prioritize work activity to address
the immediate needs of program participants and the general public. Normal operations will resume on or before February 7, 2017.
