Challenge Grants

HANO and the City of New Orleans have set aside 5% of the CNI Grant Award—or approximately $1.5 million—for Neighborhood Challenge Grants. The grants will be awarded on a competitive basis for efforts that contribute directly to infrastructure, retail, jobs and increasing the cultural prominence of the area. The program is currently in the development stages and we need your input to help shape the program.
